Forró de Batâta is a Brussels-based Forró band, founded in 2023. With covers of masters like Dominguinhos, Luiz Gonzaga, and Nicolas Krassik, they bring the heart of Brazil to life.

Forró de Batata will keep you dancing all night long!

Batâta means potato in Portuguese. In French, “avoir la patate” means to be joyful and full of energy  and they will definitely pass the potato to us.
